Lot Buildouts

I've been wanting to put these out for a while – basic 'venue' lots in a few different flavors – a basic bargain venue at $36k, a slightly nicer setup that's a bit more flushed out at $80k and a very decked-out castle of love at $171k.

No CC is used or included, but the Salty Maiden / Sailor and the Castillo del Amor do have some favorites from EA DLCs and packs.

​

Downloadable as either a stable or brothel lot type, these builds are actually in package form so you can just drop them into your mods folder and they'll appear in your library.  Since this platform doesn't like hosting straight package files, all venues are in their own zip.  Make sure to extract the package and put it in your Mod folder for these venues to appear.

Bargain BendOver

No frills, a cheap serviceable lot and one that I've used for quite some time as a testing 'basic' mod.

The drinks are watered down and the beds are as cheap as the Girls and Guys who work there.

The Salty Maiden / Stable

On the banks of a canal in Nordhaven, this two floor venue has plenty of seating and lounge accessories around the bar, a small kitchen and simple bathrooms on the first floor.

​

The second floor is bedrooms and plenty of space for the Guys and Girls to find some privacy with clients.

Castillo del Amor

I just wanted to build a bit of a castle – and the octagonal turrets at each corner make for a perfect escape when having some good times.

 

Probably the most elaborate of builds, I did hold back when decorating for fear of bumping the price higher.
